In app help and support with agents for simple tasks

With GenAI coming in, why can't we have help and support within the app ecosystem so that we can call on relevant, contextual help when we need it, where we need it. I would love to see a button/search bar on all Adobe apps that will allow users to ask questions and get answers. Agents can be integrated with these so that simple tasks can be done automatically. - Saptarishi

Having smart, contextual help right inside the app sounds like a game-changer. Imagine being able to ask a question or complete a task without ever leaving your creative flow. That’s exactly the kind of experience we want to build.

We’re always exploring ways to make our tools more intuitive and helpful, and feedback like yours really helps us move in that direction. We do have the help option when you click on your name and then help, which gives you multiple options to reach us.
