in firefly, I canceled the production, but they still withdrew the token. Also, I haven't been able to use Kling AI for three days; it keeps giving me errors.

Thank you for your patience while we investigated this issue.

Could you please let us know what exactly happens when you use Kling? We reviewed that four Kling video-generation requests are associated with your account. Our findings show that none of the requests was successfully completed:

• Two requests were blocked by safety checks , which prevented the videos from being generated.
• Two requests were rejected due to invalid or unsupported request parameters.
   

Regarding credits, credits may still be charged once a request has been submitted, even if it does not complete successfully.

How credits are handled in Adobe Firefly:

1. Credits are deducted IMMEDIATELY when you click Generate.

I agree there should be a button to cancel immediate after pressing Generate as sometimes you press generate or enter before you are done. Or you remember a bit you want to add.

Regarding Kling, Kling is kind of hit and miss.
