In Web Generative Fill, allow dynamic changes to Preserve Content and Guidance Strength

In the Web generative Fill, changes to "Preserve Content" and "Guidance Strenth" can only be made before you generate images.  Allow these to be changed after images have been generated to dynamically change generated images.
