It should be possible to share boards with people who doesn't have Adobe account. This makes them useless for collaboration with the clients!

Selecting “Anyone with a link” when sharing a board still require the recipient to create an adobe account, this is nonsense. Other similar collaborative tools allow at least viewing the boards without need to create an account.

    Hi gkurushin,
    Thank for reaching out.

You’re right! Firefly Boards do require recipients to sign in with an Adobe account, even when you select “Anyone with a link.” The important detail is that an Adobe account is free to create and doesn’t require any subscription, so your clients won’t need to pay to access the boards.

If your clients prefer not to create an account, you can export the Firefly Board as a PDF or image and share that file directly. This way:

    • They can view the content immediately without logging in.

    • You can send it by email or embed it in another platform they already use.

Your suggestion about allowing true public viewing without sign-in is valid and we’re passing it along to our team. Making collaboration smoother is an important improvement, and feedback like yours helps shape how Firefly Boards evolve.

Hi Hajar, requiring a client to create an account just to view a board makes the tool impractical. If I were satisfied with a PDF export, I would have used InDesign or Photoshop from the start.
