For this type of content and project, I recommend using one of the three apps:
1) Adobe Express  you can add text. Firefly really does not do well with adding text. Other apps are more suitable for adding text to an info graphic.

2) Photoshop A good program for adding text, cleaning up your image, and making changes. 

3) Illustrator Gives / Provides you with a lot more options to modify create your info graphic. Besides that you can create vector images.
