No está funcionando la página de firefly. Se cuelga y no genera.

I've been having this problem since yesterday. It freezes on a gray background during image generation and then keeps looping, and immediately afterward I get an error message. What can I do? I've tried Firefly 5, 4, and Gemini 3.1, and it's always the same issue.

Personne ne peut me repondre svp? Depuis hier je ne plus travailler sur le plateforme. Merde!

Still doesnt work. 

Depuis hier je rencontre ce probleme. Blocage sur fond gris à la generation d’image et à l’infini et juste après je recois le message d’erreur. Que faire? J’essaie firefly 5, 4 et Gemini 3.1 et c’est toujours la meme scene

Can you please reply with the following information:

• A screen shot of the whole browser or application window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing or when the problem is happening (not just the error message itself).

• What model were you using (such as Firefly Image 3, Firefly Image 4, Firefly Image 4 Ultra, Imagen 3, etc.)?

• A copy of the keyframe(s) or reference images (if any) you were using.
