No puedo descargar mis videos ni imagenes me sale error desde el navegador web

If you can help diagnose this, getting the error message would help. 

To help us investigate the download errors further, please follow these steps to capture the error details from your browser:

1. With the Firefly generation history page open, press F12 on your keyboard (or Cmd + Option + I on Mac) to open the browser developer tools
2. Click the Network tab at the top of the developer tools panel
3. Look for a Preserve log checkbox in the toolbar just below the Network tab and tick it — this ensures the log is not cleared during the download
4. Without closing the developer tools, attempt the download again
5. Once the error appears, look in the Network tab for any entries highlighted in red — these are the failed requests
6. Click on one of the failed red entries to open its details
7. Take a screenshot of the developer tools panel showing the failed request and its details, and share it here

If you are using Safari on Mac, you will need to enable developer tools first: go to Safari → Settings → Advanced and tick Show features for web developers, then repeat the steps above.

This information will help us identify exactly why the downloads are failing.
