Open source material opt out

Hello, I know the whole thing with Firefly is supposed to be ethically sourced material, so not supporting art theft, but a lot of the open source material is being used with no option for the artists to opt out, when their agreeance would have been prior to AI programs. 

Is Adobe going to allow artists to opt out of allowing their art in the system, or will Adobe compensate artists further for using their art, and allowing users to access those styles via promts?
