The system ignores 90% of the prompt details, even simple ones. Many times it does nothing and generates the exact same image or video, while still consuming credits. It is not worth paying for this service; it is a robbery. No place for complaining, when we click on REPORT ERROR, we get to NEW IDEAS.

I’m disappointed about 50% of the time. But I have to pay credits for results that are completely unusable 

I agree that there needs to be a better way to bill for use of Firefly. I have “lost” thousands of credits due to unusable results for what seem like very simple prompts. The accuracy of my Firefly generations is just not there anymore. It’s becoming an extremely frustrating experience to use it.
