problem with image generation

Hello,

Adobe Firefly displays the error message “Something went wrong. Please try again later” every time I attempt to generate an image.

I still have generative credits available. I have tried using Chrome, Edge, and Firefox, selected different models, and removed all reference images. However, the problem persists.

Could you please check whether there is an issue with my account or the image generation service?

      Since you have already ruled out browser glitches, this generic 'Something went wrong' error is often triggered when a prompt accidentally hits our automated safety filters, or if the text is too complex.

      To see if the prompt is the culprit, check if your text hits any of these common roadblocks:

      • Copyright & Public Figures: Prompts requesting trademarked content, specific brands, celebrities, or political figures will be blocked.

      • Safety Filters (Minors & NSFW): Firefly will not generate images of children. Prompts containing words like boy, girl, kid, or child will instantly trigger the filter and fail.

      • Keep it simple: Very long or complicated prompts (like those generated by ChatGPT) can sometimes confuse the model and cause it to time out. Short, easy-to-read prompts work best.

      Try generating an image using only the text: "A simple red apple". If it generates perfectly, your previous prompt was likely hitting a filter, probably the term ‘teen’. If the apple fails, then this is a matter to escalate.

      Thank you for your response.

      However, I have already tested several different prompts, including very simple ones. Even prompts such as “A simple red apple” and “Two apples” fail to generate an image.

      The issue is therefore not limited to my original prompt or its complexity. I have also tried different models and browsers (Chrome, Edge, and Firefox), removed all reference images, and confirmed that I still have generative credits available.

      The same error persists regardless of the prompt I use. Except the model Firefly image 5, but this model does not deliver the images that i want. 

      Could you please escalate this issue to the technical support team and investigate whether there is a problem with my account or the image generation service? I would appreciate a technical investigation rather than further prompt troubleshooting. I am still in the 7 days free trial mode before i will use the paid one. But if i can't use Adobe Firefly properly, then it wil cost me.
