Necesito trabajar y no puedo crear videos. Contínuamente me aparece "Ha habido un problema. Inténtalo de nuevo más tarde".

Thank you for your message. 

 

Can you please tell us what OS and browser you are using and their version numbers? Also, can you please provide a screen shot of the whole browser window when this error is happening? And finally, is the aspect ratio of your keyframes exactly 16:9?
