Purchased Credits shows already used ?

Hi,

I spent my 4000 credits under my monthly plan while creating videos and photos. Than I needed more and purchased 2000 paid credits additionally. Now the platform shows them already used ???

Who can help me to fix this ridicilous issue ?

      Dear Kartika,

      I know that the partner models consume more credits. This is not my issue. My issue is, extra purchased credits shows like I already used. I need to have 2000 unused credits. You may check my paid history and will see that I purchased new 2000 credits and never used. But your system says I already spent them too but I haven’t.

      There is a problem and I want my 2000 unused credits :)
