Generative Credits consumed without video output – Firefly Animate

Hello,

I am reporting a recurring issue with Adobe Firefly (Animate Image / Video).

On multiple occasions — including last month and again today — the system consumed my generative credits but did not produce any video output. The render process appears to start, credits are deducted, but no file is generated and no usable result is delivered.

Today I attempted once more and the same issue occurred. Because this has happened before, I am concerned about continuing to use credits while the problem persists.

Context:
– Tool used: Animate Image (Video)
– File uploaded: Original illustrated character (PNG)
– Animation type: Very subtle facial micro-movements and gentle wing motion
– No extreme transformations requested
– Credits were deducted immediately after submission

This is not an isolated incident. The same behavior occurred several times last month, resulting in lost credits without output.

I would like:

1. A review of my account activity to verify the failed generations.

2. Reimbursement of the credits consumed during these failed renders.

3. Clarification on whether there is a known issue affecting Animate Image.
