Satellite images to 3D

After viewing some satellite image scans i thought of a IA complementing those scans and turning into 3D with all its textures in high resolution (1024x1024, 2048x2048, 4096x4096...) avaliable for download. This tool/feature would be awesome for time saving on movies, games, animation and commercial productions.
