Saving an image in jpg of png?

It is pretty unclear when an image is saved what the file type will be. At some point it is png and another time it is jpg, depending on wether an image is editted or not. This also effects the file name. Some clarity and consistency would be helpful.

Hey @Wim38483081r9m2

Saving an image:
1) when you download the image after generating = jpg
2) when you edit an image using generative fill = png

You have more options in Adobe Express. By this I mean you can choose different files before you download.

so, if you want more consistency and choice after editing an image, consider using Adobe Express. Of course you could use Photoshop as well.

Cheers
