seedance dont work correctly detects human face and is not human face is created with IA

Hello Adobe Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue when using Seedance 2.0 inside Adobe Firefly.

When I upload a reference image, Firefly shows this error message:

“Unable to load. The reference content cannot include real human faces with this model. Please upload a different asset or try another model.”

The problem is that the face in the reference image is not a real human face. It was generated by AI using Seedance 2.0, and it does not represent any real person, celebrity, public figure, or private individual.

It seems that Firefly is incorrectly detecting the AI-generated face as a real human face and blocking the video generation. The same type of AI-generated reference works in other platforms using Seedance 2.0, so the issue seems to be related to Firefly’s content detection or moderation system.

Could you please check this false positive? I would like to understand why an AI-generated fictional face is being blocked as if it were a real person, and whether there is a way to use AI-generated characters as references for video generation in Firefly.
