Seedence 2.0 keeps showing "I don't have permission to access" when I add video and image references, even though I have 4000 points.

    Hi @ltog345@getswalk.com,

That error generally means you are on a enterprise account and either your local Adobe administrator has to enable that model on your account, or that model is not available on your enterprise plan. In either case, you need to talk to your local Adobe administrator. If you are not sure who that is, start with your IT department.

    Hey @ltog345@getswalk.com

Avoid Real Human Faces: The Seedance model has a known limitation where it will fail or throw an error if you upload reference content or images featuring real human faces

    Cheers

Are you on a network, or Teams account?

Do you have full admin rights to your system and server (if connected to one)

Has that model worked OK for you before with similar reference video/images

Could the reference video have content considered inappropriate (like a short sleeved shirt)?
