Selecting a result you like and then fine-tuning the result

Is it possible to select a result you like and then start from that result to fine-tune it, instead of clicking Refeesh over and over to generate more random results?

    Under the "..." menu, you can "use as reference image" to iterate on an image. This feature isn't working at the moment but will be fixed later today.

    "Refresh", not "Refeesh".
