Stop blocking generations of characters as not meeting guidelines

    Hi Animal2C,

Thanks for the thoughtful feedback. And I completely understand how frustrating it is to lose credits while trying to find the right wording that will work for your design.

I tested a few neutral, design‑focused prompts on my side using terms like ‘bust size’, ‘chest size’, and ‘cup size’, and they generated without being blocked. That makes me think the filter may have been triggered by the specific phrasing or context in your prompt rather than the terms alone.

To get a clearer picture, could you share one of the exact prompts that was blocked. I’d like to test it directly so we can see whether the issue is reproducible and what might be causing the blocking.

Just to clarify one point: when a generation is blocked, the credits that were deducted should automatically be returned to your balance. If that didn’t happen, that’s something we can look into as well.

And thank you again for the suggestions, especially around clearer messaging and a dedicated character‑proportion mode. These are genuinely valuable ideas, and I’ll make sure they’re passed along to the product team.

    Thank you.

    Hajar

    Hi Animal2C,

    Thanks for updating.

I’m glad to hear the prompt generated your character without triggering the filter, it was great seeing your idea come to life so beautifully. And thank you for letting me know your credits were restored after refreshing.

If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out. We’re here to help.
