support for 10 second video using Ray 3.14 with a startframe

I would like to suggest the ability to use the startframe for 10 seconds videogeneration with Ray 3.14. I realy don't knpw why this limitation is in place on only Adobe Firefly platform.

    Extending the startframe feature to support 10-second video generations with Ray 3.14 is a great suggesti. We know how important those extra seconds and reference frames are for your workflow and consistency.
