Tengo un problema y es que tengo créditos y al intentar generar vídeo me dice que no me quedan créditos evidentes pero tengo 2700 créditos.

It is hard to tell for sure from the information you provided. It is possible your plan does not have premium generative AI credits and you were trying to use a premium feature. 

We can help better if you reply with the following information:

• A screen shot of the whole browser or application window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the insufficient credit error.

• Please click on your avatar in the upper right corner and take a screen shot of the box that pops up, but please black out your name and email address.

• Please go to account.adobe.com and take a screen shot of the left two columns showing which plans you have (but do not include the third column that has payment information).
