The general UI is terrible

The UI/dashboard is extremely convoluted to use and in no way harmonises with other Adobe products. You’re left randomly clicking back and forth with no definitive journey or structure. It’s a smorgasbord of  buttons and drop downs. Not very well thought out at all. It took 4 attempts to actually find a way to delete the projects I was trialling.

    Hi cyclopsdx,

Thanks for sharing your honest feedback with us.

I understand how frustrating it can feel when the UI doesn’t flow the way you expect. To help us improve, could you tell us more specifically which parts of the dashboard you’d like to see simplified or changed? For example, are there particular menus, buttons, or workflows that feel most confusing or time‑consuming?

The more detail we have, the better we can pass your suggestions along to the product team and make meaningful improvements.

    Let us know.

That’s where it becomes complicated, isn't it? I could spend a good couple of hours of my time (and experience) reviewing everything and feeding back and it’s likely nothing would be taken on board and I’ll also still be paying for the privilege through my subscription. There’s simply too many issues to put a simple feedback report together - duplicate icons, no cookie trail or visual return journey showing you how many clicks to get back to the initial dashboard, different workspace layouts for the different parts of the software, no contiguity with other Adobe UI, lack of delete buttons for files (with the exception of navigating back to the original screen). I could go on and on. Sorry but it’s simply a mess to use. It looks like it’s a riff on the new Creative Cloud dashboard, or vice versa, and that’s just as bad. These have to be the worst UI/UX choices since the new Acrobat was introduced.

cyclopsdx I hear you, and I really appreciate you taking the time to share how you feel about the experience. I know it can be frustrating when things don’t feel smooth or intuitive.

I’ll make sure your feedback gets passed along to the team so it’s taken into account.
