undefined user Guidelines

Hello, My image was not able to be generated. I received error message 

"Can't load

We can't process this prompt because the reference image
doesn't meet our User Guidelines. You can upload another
image and try again."

The link to the user guidelines does not remedy issues, as it list all guidelines not specific to current use.

It would be helpful to know which guidelines an image or prompt does not comply with so that adjustments can be made to align with user guidelines.
