Uploaded images

When I type in what I want done to my  uploaded image, it doesn't cartoon it the way I want it to be,  it gives me a completely different image. I would like to type in say 3d cartoon my uploaded image and it does exactly what I ask it to do, not make the  image  look like the faces are deformed or  the bodies aren't as per uploaded image
