Use a reference image from your library.

When asked for a reference image we get the option to upload, but we can save images to our library. Now I have to go to my library, download an image, then upload my reference. I should be able to just point the reference to an image in my library.

    Currently, I set the image as a reference image via favorites, but it might be easier to use if the CC library is also available.
    It would be great if this could be realized, though it would likely involve a considerable number of APIs.
