I just used Firefly for the first time. I was very specific in not wanting any camera motion effects: no panning, zoom, crane, dolly, anything. 400 credits later, I got 8 seconds of useless video with camera motion effects. 400 more credits to fix a blatantly ignored prompt. No thanks. A new feature might allow user to submit their prompt and the resulting video for review to refund credits.

    Hey @PeteTheo

    This is frustrating for certain.

Negative prompting often leads to giving you undesired results. Where as positive action prompts gives better results.

When prompting, ask for what you want.
    Prompt
…. the camera is stable and fixed… The camera stays focused on “subject”..

    Cheers

Thanks, Nate! I tried that and it still didn’t work. So I guessed that because I was editing my original prompt, it may be maintaining the negative verbiage. When I started from scratch, the results were much better, thanks to your advice. No panning, zoom, etc. But Firefly still wanted some movement. It gave me that documentary-style handheld camera shaking effect-lol. So I tried again removing the word “dramatic” and that worked. So finally got 4 seconds of useable video after your helpful comment and 1600 credits. Looks like I need a lot more practice with the free sites before experimenting here. Thanks again for the help! - Pete
