UX/UI Comfort and Intuitive Menu Navigation

I find the menu navigation in Firefly very confusing. There are toolbars on the left, right, top, and bottom, and depending on their position on the workspace, some menus even shift and appear at the top or bottom. Is it possible to group the menus together or fix their positions so they're always easy to find?
What I also don't understand is why some tools have a title while others don't. The "Remove Background" tool, in particular, isn't self-explanatory, yet there's no text accompanying it. The Edit tool is fairly self-explanatory, but it still says "Edit." This isn't consistent.
For the "Varie" menu item, I'd like the option to define the variation more precisely using a prompt. So I would like to have a smaller prompt window when clicking on Varie. I've already gotten variations from images that had nothing to do with the original image. All I wanted was for the people in the image to take different positions or look different. Instead, I got images completely devoid of people—I'd like to avoid that kind of useless output.
