I’m experiencing a persistent issue with Adobe Firefly.
I cannot generate any AI content at all—neither images nor videos. Every generation attempt fails, regardless of the model or prompt I use.
Here’s what I’ve already tried:
Switched to different browsers.
Signed out and signed back into my Adobe account.
Cleared browser cache and cookies.
Confirmed that I have available Firefly credits.
Tried different prompts and different AI models.
Unfortunately, none of these steps resolved the issue. Firefly still cannot generate any content.
Could you please investigate whether there is an issue with my account or if there is a server-side problem? If you need any additional information, error logs, or screenshots, I'd be happy to provide them.
