You should have an option for the video to video. Where it generates based on photo and it will be the same results unless you ask to generate a new style. As well as once you render it, you can save it as a template to use it for the next time.

    You mention video to video in the title, but in the body of the idea, you reference image to video. Image to video is available now in the video models. While you can edit videos with the video editor, there is currently no video to video generation.  Please clarify you request if possible.
