When creating a picture I am not provided the reason why I am creating it

We should be provided with option to choose the social platform or reason for creating the picture so the applicable relevant sizes/templates can be selected right from the begining. At present I create a picutre and then get asked what I'd be doing with it when I download - As I do twitter so I then try to resize the picuture to the post size which doesnt work.

Also there should be option to see the size of the image in MB on the screen and I should be able to change the format right from there to reduce size i.e. JPG, PNG etc.
