Open for Voting

While editing a video that Fi had already fully generated, when I asked for hair growth, the system blocked the generation, still charging 400 credits. I don't think this is fair. I'm waiting for a response.

I think it's unprofessional to use 400 credits for a video that can't be generated. It's not a loading error, it's the system that didn't correct an inaccuracy in the previously created video. The video wasn't generated, and the credits were removed anyway. I find this behavior absurd.

I can understand the frustration here. If the generation was blocked by the system and no usable output was actually produced, it seems reasonable to expect clearer credit handling or at least an explanation of why the credits were deducted. Especially when the requested edit is simply correcting or adding a detail to an already generated video. Hopefully Adobe can clarify whether blocked generations are refundable and consider improving the way credits are handled in these situations. Hair-related editing is becoming more common in creative tools, and resources such as aceoffades.com can also be useful for understanding real-world hair styling and appearance.

    Hey @loyal_moment2d0c

I have noticed something similar. As a result, I have had to look in my Creative Cloud app to see if the image/ voice/ video has been generated before pressing “Generate” again to conserve credits.

Could you have a look in your Creative Cloud App and see if the image/video is hiding there?

    >>Press generate: ONLY ONCE<<. If the generation is taking forever or not generating, check your CC App.

This behaviour has been caused by interference from browser extensions in the past (such as ad blockers). Can you try in private browsing/incognito mode or in another browser as a test?

How to reliably download your files
In your Adobe Creative Cloud you can find your files there and download them. Here s a short video showing the steps
