Will beta images be approved for commercial use after beta ends?

I am enjoying working with Firefly (Photoshop & Express) during beta.  I'm confident that once Firefly is out of beta, the images will be legal to use commercially. However, if I produce images with Firefly DURING beta, will those images also be acceptable to use commercially at the end of beta?

For any of the products using generative AI features (such as Firefly web site, Ilustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Express) these are the guidelines for use: Adobe Generative AI User Guidelines.  These guidelines say that content created with generative AI features can be used for commercial use unless the product is in beta and it says it cannot be used for commercial use.

Sad that it can't generate realistic hands with five fingers. Getting hands with 3 to 8 fingers +. Also hands don't look right. Oftentimes arms are too long. Really poor with human anatomy other than faces.

Are you confident you'll be able to copyright the content you've produced?

Hi,

Apologize for the delay in response. The policy around commercial use of generated images is still being formulated and will be updated here in the community when it is available. Stay tuned.

Thanks,
