"You do not have enough credits for this generative action." should indicate how many are missing

When I try to generate a 10 second video I get the error message "You do not have enough credits for this generative action." I have almost 1,000 credits left. I would like to know how many credits are missing.

Better yet, before clicking the "generate" button I would like to know how many credits it will cost and that I can agree to this.

Hi,

Thanks for the clear answer.
Sorry, I missed that there was a length limit and specified 10 seconds. I think it would be good if a more appropriate error message were given.

The table with required credits is clear. However, it would be clearer if that was stated directly with the resolution selection.

Hello @Oliver27925353g2cd,

Thank you for your message.

You mention generating a 10 second video, but Firefly video creates 5 second videos. Did you mean 5 seconds?

The number of credits consumed in a generation is documented on this page: Generative credits FAQ, and specifically this table:

As you can see, the number of credits used depends on the resolution selected:

So, a five second video at 1080p would be 500 credits. At 720p, 250 credits; and at 540p, 100 credits.

If you believe you should have sufficient credits, please include the following information:
• A screen shot of the whole browser window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the credits error showing.
• Then, please click on your avatar and take a screen shot of the box that pops up, but please black out your name and email address.
• Please go to account.adobe.com and take a screen shot of the left two columns showing which plans you have (but do not include the third column that has payment information).

Thanks,
