A easy to reach checkbox (or short cut) to disable/enable the 3D gizmo

The new 3D Gizmo is fine, but if you want to move the Anchor point with the Pan behind tool in 3D space, or want to turn a camera around its point of interest. It's nearly impossible to do this anymore.  A checkbox beside the snapping tools or a simple shortcut to switch it off/on would help a lot!
