Add a shortcut command to open the timestamp field in the Timeline panel

I’d like there to please be a command available for keyboard shortcuts to activate the timestamp field in the top-left of the Timeline panel. A lot of the time when I’m clicking in this field, it’s because I want to jump to the current time plus/minus X frames or seconds. The existing ‘Go to Time’ dialog doesn’t support this, so there’s currently no way to do these time calculations via keyboard shortcuts.

Additional side-request (although the above would be preferable): Enable calculations in the ‘Go to Time’ dialog.

(I did consider requesting that the command be changed to activate the timestamp instead of opening the dialog, but I’m aware that would remove functionality for people who might be working without the Timeline panel open.)
