Add a tool (a la Nuke's Pixel Analyzer) that will return max, min, median RGB values in a selection

Because the info tool only works on one pixel, and the lumetri scopes don't actually give RGB values, it would be great to have a tool luke Nuke's pixel analyzer that could give the maximum, minimum, and median RGB values within a frame. (Even better: within a selection of the frame.)
