"Add Property to Effect Controls" Command

I would like functionality similar to "Add Property to Essential Graphics" but with the effect controls panel and expression controllers.

I often create custom controllers for specific properties using expression controllers. The ability to quickly right-click a property and "Add Property to Effect Controls" would significantly speed up this process.

I envision the command would carry out the following

1.  Add the corresponding expression controller(s) to the layer
2.  Label the controller(s) based on the Effect Name and Property Name (e.g. "Fractal Noise 1 - Evolution")
3. Link the selected properties to the newly created expression controllers via expressions.

A bonus would be clicking and dragging any of these properties directly to the effect controls panel. This would allow users to add these property controls to other layers, such as a null object controller. 

If an expression already exists on the property, the new expression would replace it.
