allow higher magnification for larger canvas (>4k)

I work in VR, and my AE projects are 8-16k wide (2:1 aspect ratio usually).

The max zoom i can get is 200%, which makes it hard to see details for tracking or other detailed work. premiere allows 1600% zoom for the same project size, and photoshop allows to zoom in even more.

please remove the zoom limit in aftereffects, and set it to something reasonable.
