Allow tabbing through Dropdown Control items

It would be a help to be able to tab through the list of items when creating/editing a Dropdown Control. Even better if pressing Tab when on the last item creates a new item below.

And while I'm asking, a shortcut to delete an item would be handy (perhaps items with blank text are removed?).
