API to MOGRT for Groups

Hi, this is a request to add new API functions to create MOGRT.

The ability to create groups and put controllers in them. 
As well as the ability to give names to groups and move them in the list of controllers.

Thanks to these features, the process of creating MOGRT can be fully automated
The community of template authors will be very grateful
