Automatically change fill opacity when style effect added

Very often, when I add a Layer Style to a shape layer, I'll have to go into Advanced Blending to reduce the Fill Opacity.
I think, by default, the Fill Opacity should be 0%. Even better, have a setting where the user can choose this behaviour.
