being able to turn on safe margins and proportional grid on at the same time in after effects

very simple and i have no idea why this isnt already a thing, premiere pro can do it yet the motion graphics software that actually requires it doesnt? if im using the rule of thirds i also need to make sure i dont go out the safe margins
