Default Output module drop down in render queue for quicker access

Adding/moving the default output drop down into the render queue would really speed up a lot of batch production.

If need thirty pro res with alpha I currently have to go to edt/templates/output module to set it, then again to put it back to the give-Dolby-cash-for-mp4 preset.

I would LOVE to be able to set this in the render queue.

But fix the application wide default render folder prefrence bug first!
