Enable Mercury Transmit command ID

Would it be possible to have a command ID for mercury transmit for it to be accessable throught scripting.

Using Mercury Transmit with NDI sometimes needs a Mercury Transmi restart (on and off) and it would be great if you could have a button for it in the UI and it could show the current state of the checkbox
