Enable motion blur when pasting layers

When you enable or disable motion blur on a layer, AE now turns on/off the motion blur switch for the comp, which is great. 

But when you paste in layers from another comp, the switch isn't enabled, so it's easy to miss it. 

Could you add a feature where AE will detect if the layers you're pasting have motion blur enabled, and it will ask you if you want to enable it (or at least inform you about it)? Or maybe have a checkbox in preferences to automatically enable it when pasting? That'd be super handy. Thx.
