Essential Graphics Animated Properties

How it could work:

Sometimes not all properties should be just animated

So What if we could decide upon the Essential Graphics Panel where we do all the design of the UX for the editor -- what if we could check some of the controls to be animatable within the Premiere Pro 

Whether it could be set by right clicking on the property or a special button right next to it
