Essential Graphics support missing for 3D Point Controls and 3D layer Transform/Position

The Essential Graphics Panel and MOGRTs currently support Point Controls but do not support 3D Point Controls or 3D layer/Transform Position properties. This makes setting up animated 3D graphics incredibly difficult because you have to separate dimensions or add Expression Control/Sliders' to give the user access to those dimensions. 

It is time to implement these features.
