Export as animated AVIF

Animated AVIF is a modern replacement for gif supported by Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Samsung Internet browser. It supports background opacity, which is very useful. 

You can read more about it here. 

I would really like to be able to export After Effects videos as animated AVIF.

    I would like to see it it all Adobe products, as well as WebP, JPX, and APNG.

      Not all video formats support transparency. Of those that do, not all are appropriate for the web. AVIF supports transparency. 

      AVIF is far smaller than the very dated legacy gif format, which is why I created this post.
