ExtendScript: Default camera settings

Hi there!

Question / Feature request:

Is there any way we can access default camera settings from ExtendScript?

We do quite a lot of scripting with cameras and exporting composition settings, but when someone changes the dafault camera settings, and there is no explicit camera, we're pretty must lost.
