ExtendScript get and set layer's local and world transform matrices

Hi!

Computing the transform matrices out of the individual components is obv. possible, but it's non-triial.

Matrices are useful in plently of cases and it would be a helpful addition.

I believe these are already avaibable in the C++ sdk, and it would be convinient to have these via script as well.
